For larger items, we offer a self-collection service at our warehouse located in East Greenwich, London. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a 1-hour pick-up slot, at least 24 hours in advance.
Customs and import duties are incurred once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, Poppy and Bloom has no control over these charges and they must be paid by the customer. To avoid any unexpected charges, please check your local customs charges for parcels from the UK before purchasing.
We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure the most environmentally friendly packing and shipping options. All items are wrapped in chlorine and acid-free tissue paper and shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes or recyclable sugarcane mailing bags.
We understand that sometimes you need to return an item and we want to make this as easy as possible for you. We promise to refund any unused item(s) you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition which means all tags attached with packaging intact, the same as the product arrived with you.
In order to return an item to us, simply drop us an email at email@example.com with your Name, Order Number and Reason for return. Then package it up and post it back to us within 14 days of receipt (see below address). We will then process your refund back through our website within 7 days of us receiving it.

Unless you are returning a faulty item, unwanted orders are returned at your own cost and our delivery charges are non-refundable. We do recommend that you send via registered and tracked postage and obtain a certificate of postage to protect your parcel should it be lost in transit as we are not liable for lost parcels.
Please note that there is strictly NO REFUNDS on all our cutlery sets, sale items and customised orders. Kindly read all product information accurately before placing an order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item from us, please firstname.lastname@example.org or send a WhatsApp / SMS to +447387871897 detailing images and description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Once confirmed by us, please send the faulty item back to the below address: Poppy and Bloom, 152B Hackney Road, London, E2 7QL, UK.
Faulty items will then be refunded in full, including the return cost incurred..
